Lac du Bonnet Planning District Development Plan By-law 2026-01

On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 5:00PM at the Lac du Bonnet Legion Hall, the Lac du Bonnet Planning District Board will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments and feedback from the public on the Planning District’s new Development Plan By-Law, Lac du Bonnet Growing Together.

The Development Plan sets out goals, objectives, and policies to guide land use and development within the Town and RM. This by-law is intended to manage future growth and change in the community. It provides direction for land use and development, housing and recreation, transportation and infrastructure, as well as the preservation of waterfront, rural, and agricultural areas.

Copies of the Development Plan can be accessed online at mraplanning.ca/ldb or obtained at the Lac du Bonnet Planning District Office at 4187 Provincial Road 317, from 9:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
